V2Fun subscriptions are billed on a recurring, automatic renewal basis: • Subscriptions support monthly / annual billing • Charges are applied immediately upon first subscription, and the corresponding benefits are activated right away • After a successful subscription, automatic renewal is enabled by default. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time in the Subscription Center. Canceling will not affect your access or benefits during the current subscription period You can click Profile Avatar → Subscription to view your current plan, next renewal date, and billing history.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time under Subscription Center → Current Plan to turn off automatic renewal. After cancellation: • Automatic renewal will be turned off. You may reactivate your subscription before the current subscription period ends. • Your current subscription benefits will remain available until the end of the current period. • You will not be charged for the next subscription period, and no new subscription credits will be issued. • Any unused credits issued for the current subscription period will expire when that period ends. • Canceling subscription will not affect your ability to use the service during the current subscription period.

Credits are primarily used to run AI generation tasks. Different features and generation steps require different amounts of credits. Credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred. They may only be used on the V2Fun platform. Credits can be obtained through the following methods: • Subscription plan credits: When you subscribe to a plan, the corresponding number of credits is issued during each subscription period. • Credit packs for subscribers: Subscribers can purchase additional credit packs as needed. Purchased credits are added to the account as a one-time transaction and do not renew automatically. • Free credits: Credits may be earned through new account registration, daily check-ins, onboarding tasks, friend referrals, promotional campaigns, and other activities.

When you start a generation task, credits are processed as follows: • After the task is successfully created, the required credits are temporarily reserved. • If the generation succeeds, the reserved credits are deducted. • If the generation fails due to a system error, the reserved credits are refunded in full. Before you perform any action that consumes credits, the system will clearly display the number of credits required. You can view your complete credit usage history under Subscription Center → Current Plan → Credit Details. Example: credit usage for a complete creation workflow. A complete creation workflow in V2Fun typically consists of multiple generation steps. Credits are calculated separately based on the actual usage of each step. You may also use only part of the workflow, such as generating an image without creating a 3D model — in that case, you will only be charged for the features you use. • Generate an AI image using a basic model → 1 credit • Generate a 3D model from the image using a V2Fun AI model → 20 credits • Generate textures for the 3D model → 20 credits • Apply an animation to the model → 5 credits Estimated total for this example workflow: 46 credits. Note: • Credit costs may vary depending on the model, parameter settings, and combination of features used. • The required number of credits will clearly be displayed before each operation. • This example is provided for illustrative purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee of actual credit costs or pricing.

Expiration rules vary depending on the source of the credits: • Subscription plan credits (Subscribers): Monthly credits are issued during each subscription period. Any unused monthly credits expire at the end of the applicable period. • Subscription plan credits (Free users): Free users receive 200 credits per month. Any unused credits expire at the end of that calendar month. • Daily check-in credits: Daily check-in credits are calculated by calendar month. Any unused check-in credits expire at the end of that month. Permanent credits do not expire if your subscription status changes: • Free credit sources: Credits earned through new account registration, onboarding tasks, friend referrals, promotional campaigns, and similar activities. • Purchased credits: Credit packs purchased by subscribers. You can view the balance and expiration date of your Limited-Time Credits under Subscription Center → Current Plan. The system will deduct credits that are closest to expiration.

V2Fun provides a subscription service centered on AI computing resources. Some costs are incurred immediately when generation tasks are processed. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by V2Fun, fees for services that have been fully or partially used are generally non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to: • Credits that have already been consumed • AI generation tasks that have been successfully completed • Subscription benefits that have already been provided, such as higher concurrency limits, queue priority, and additional storage If a system error prevents subscription benefits from being properly issued, or if there is a clear billing error, you may contact V2Fun Support. After verifying the circumstances, we will assist you with the appropriate resolution.

Fees for fully or partially used services are generally non-refundable.
