These services include the use of generative artificial intelligence technologies to create three-dimensional content, including but not limited to AI-powered 3D modeling, texturing, and animation (collectively, the "Services"**). Where applicable, the Services also include our websites, mobile applications, social media pages, marketing campaigns, offline events, and other activities described in this Privacy Policy. We may provide additional or supplemental privacy notices for specific products or services at the time we collect personal information. Those notices shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency with this Privacy Policy.

- Use: We may collect information from the devices you use to access the Services, as well as information associated with such devices. Such information includes: IP address, the type of browser and device you use, the webpages you browsed before accessing our websites, as well as identifiers associated with your device. During your use of the V2FUN Services, we will collect the following information that you voluntarily provide or that is generated as a result of your acceptance and use of the V2FUN Services. - User Account Information: Such as the username and password you set when creating an online account for the Services, photos or images, preference information, and any other information you add to your account profile.
- User Device Information: We will collect information such as your device model, operating system information, unique device identifiers, login IP address, V2FUN software version number, and network access method and type, which are used to provide PUSH notifications. At the same time, such information also constitutes basic information necessary for us to provide the Services.
- Online Activity Data: Such as the pages or screens you view, the time you spend on those pages or screens, the websites you visited before accessing the Services, navigation paths between pages or screens, information about your activities on pages or screens, access time and duration, and whether you opened our emails or clicked links contained therein.
- Transaction Data: When you purchase paid services (such as membership subscription services) through the website, we may collect personal information related to your order (such as order number, order time, and the services you choose to purchase), as well as transaction data such as your financial information (for example, credit card information or other payment application account information collected on our behalf by our payment service providers).

It is particularly emphasized that you must not use new technologies or applications such as deep learning, virtual reality, or generative artificial intelligence to create, upload, copy, transmit, or disseminate false news or other information content prohibited by laws and regulations, nor falsely present synthesized content as natural content. When publishing or disseminating non-real information created using new technologies or applications such as deep learning, virtual reality, or generative artificial intelligence, you shall provide prominent identification. Otherwise, we reserve the right to take measures against the relevant content and accounts, including but not limited to adding labels, imposing restrictions, or suspending accounts.
- Feedback Information: We will collect your feedback information to assist with troubleshooting. In addition, you may contact us via email or other means, choose to respond to surveys we send, or submit inquiries regarding content you generate. To ensure the security of your personal information, we kindly request that you avoid sending any financial or sensitive data through our chat services or other channels unless explicitly requested. If you choose to share such information with us directly, please be aware that we will handle such information prudently in accordance with our service providers.
We will use Personal Information for internal purposes such as auditing, data analysis, and research, so that you can better enjoy the comprehensive services we provide and so that we can improve our products and services. The Personal Information we collect enables us to inform you in a timely manner about V2FUN's latest product releases, software updates, changes to terms, and event announcements. Such information also helps us enhance service personalization and provide you with personalized services. If you participate in sweepstakes, competitions, or similar promotional activities, we will use the information you provide to administer such activities.
2.2 How We Collect and Use Your Personal Data
When you use the Services or otherwise access the Services, we collect your information in multiple ways, including information that you directly provide to us, as well as information that we passively collect through your browser or device. For example, when you create an account or contact us for support; or when we obtain information by recording how you interact with our software products and Services, such as through technologies like cookies, or by receiving usage data from software running on your device. We also collect information you provide to us and the content of messages you send to us, such as query information you enter or questions or information you provide in order to obtain customer support. When you use V2FUN products or services, you may be required to provide your Personal Data.
We may provide certain features to help users invite their friends or contacts to use the Services. We may collect the detailed contact information of such invitees in order to send them invitations. Unless you have obtained their permission, please do not recommend any person to us or share their detailed contact information with us.
If you use the Services through an account authorized or managed by an enterprise or other organization (including but not limited to our enterprise customers, partners, or employers), this Privacy Policy does not apply to information that we process solely on behalf of such enterprise customers for the purpose of performing our contracts with them. The use, retention, deletion of such information, and the exercise of data subject rights shall be governed by the agreements entered into between such enterprise customers and V2FUN regarding the enterprise version of the Services. Subject to compliance with applicable laws and regulations, we may aggregate, de-identify, or anonymize Personal Information from which direct or indirect identifiers have been removed, so as to form data sets that cannot be used to identify you. Such data sets may be used for internal analysis, algorithm training, product improvement, academic research, preparation of industry reports, and the public release of statistical insights, and we will not attempt to re-identify or associate any individual contained in such data sets.
2.3 How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies
To ensure the normal operation of the software, we store small data files called cookies on your computer or mobile device. Cookies typically contain identifiers, site names, and certain numbers and characters. The primary functions of cookies are to facilitate your use of software products and Services and to help the platform count the number of independent visitors. By using cookie technology, we are able to provide you with more considerate user experience services and allow you to set your specific service preferences.
When you use the V2FUN Services, cookies will be sent to your device. When you interact with services we provide to our partners (such as advertising or promotional services, as well as service functions provided by V2FUN that may be displayed on other software), we allow cookies (or other anonymous identifiers) to be transmitted to V2FUN's servers. We will not use cookies for any purposes other than those described in this Privacy Policy. You may manage or delete cookies according to your preferences.
In addition, service notifications or marketing emails that we send to you may contain pixel tags (also known as clear GIFs or web beacons), which are used to detect whether you open the email, the time of opening, IP address, and device type, so as to evaluate communication effectiveness and conduct subsequent personalized delivery. For the purposes of our business operations, we will retain your information for as long as we deem necessary within the scope permitted by law. When we no longer need to retain your information, we will take reasonable measures to remove your information from our systems and records or take measures to anonymize your information so that you can no longer be identified, in accordance with our internal record retention policies.
We will retain your information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. During your use of the V2FUN Services, you may deregister your V2FUN service account and delete related Personal Information at any time through the "My Profile" section.

- Depending on specific circumstances, we may provide certain Personal Information to partners that cooperate with V2FUN to provide products and services, or that assist V2FUN in marketing to customers. We are obligated to require the above partners to strictly comply with confidentiality obligations and the requirements of this Privacy Policy.
- We may, from time to time, provide V2FUN's partners with statistical information regarding your use of the V2FUN Services. Such statistical information does not involve your name, account, password, telephone number, email address, or other Personal Information.
- Where our partners have, in accordance with applicable laws, clearly informed you of the information to be collected and the purposes of such information use, and have obtained your consent, we may disclose your Personal Information to such third parties based on your authorization. For the protection of your Personal Information, we may desensitize or obscure your Personal Information before disclosing it to third parties.

Our Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children as defined under applicable laws. Minors may use the relevant Services we provide only after reading this Agreement carefully under the supervision and guidance of their guardians and obtaining the consent of their guardians.
If a minor has not obtained the consent of their guardian, the guardian may notify us to handle the relevant account by contacting us via email at saki@staff.v2fun.art. We have the right to restrict the functions and use of the relevant account, including but not limited to browsing, posting information, and interactive communication functions. At the same time, within the scope permitted by law, we will delete such minor's Personal Information from our database.

We are committed to protecting the security of your Personal Information and strive to maintain the highest standards of security. To this end, we have adopted robust technical and organizational measures to ensure that your Personal Information is adequately protected against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. For the transmission of particularly sensitive Personal Information over the Internet, we specifically use encrypted transmission channels.
