Can credits be refunded after they are consumed?

In general, consumed credits are ​non-refundable​.

This is because credits correspond to computing resources that have already been consumed, including GPU processing, task execution, and system scheduling costs.

Exceptions include the following cases:

  • Task execution failure due to system reasons → credits will be automatically refunded
  • Clear system anomalies → you may contact official support for verification and handling
